Create Service Jobs - Validation Issue

An issue has been identified during the creation of new Service Jobs within the web application where the validation process is not working as expected.


This can allow the submission of new Service Job data where Servicing Job data is missing.


This issue specifically relates to the below panel:


When using this panel there is a data requirement for all drop downs: Contractor - Contract - Service Type - Initial Service Stage to be populated. In addition, the Default Due Date must also be populated with a valid future date.


If these fields are not all correctly supplied when submitting the form it can result in data errors where a Service Job will be created with missing data that cannot then be displayed in the application and as such not being able to be cancelled or a new Service Job being created.


This issue is being resolved for the next Apex application release.
